Our Family Friendly and Youth classes are a exclusive at our North Cypress Fitness flagship location. Some of these classes are designed for young members to workout "with" mom & dad, while the others are for kids only to have fun and learn about fitness.
Family Friendly = A Family Friendly class, where children ages 9 years and up may participate.
Express = A shorter version of a class.
