Fit Kids’ class focuses on learning success, and fun. They run, jump, throw and catch balls, do abdominal curls, jumping jacks, push-ups, learn about fitness and health but most of all they have fun learning and exercising. For ages 7 to 11 years old.
This class is Family Friendly, so children ages 9 years and up may participate.
This class is scheduled to be shorter than the normal version.
