Les Mills BODYPUMP HEAVY is a newer strength training workout that uses traditional lifting techniques with heavy weights, slow tempos, and longer recoveries to build lean muscle, improve strength, and focus on form, blending classic BODYPUMP group energy with serious weightlifting for measurable gains in a fun, accessible way. It's designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced lifters, allowing for progressive overload and challenging strength development beyond the typical "Rep Effect" of standard BODYPUMP.

This class is Family Friendly, so children ages 9 years and up may participate.

This class is scheduled to be shorter than the normal version.
