Heather has been practicing CrossFit principles since 2010. She obtained her Level 1 Certification in 2012 and her Level 2 in 2016. She is interested in all aspects of fitness, including swimming, running and Olympic weightlifting. She trained with USA weightlifting coach, Gayle Hatch, and has completed two half marathons. With the help of her team, she works daily to create programming that will challenge all fitness levels while maintaining high standards for good form and safety.
