Having had terrible anxiety growing up, Adrienne never liked P.E. and always sat out. All her life she was (And still is) a gamer, into anime, art, and story writing. However, her stationary lifestyle and eating habits eventually caught up with her. It was when her doctor was about to prescribe her a cpap machine is when she knew she had to make a change. In roughly a year and a half she fought tooth and nail, dropping from 176lbs down to 110lbs. She wanted to become her best self not only for herself, but for her friends, family, and future partner as well. Getting to help and inspire those around her to get active alongside her own forever fitness journey and witnessing their transformations became the catalyst for her future goal of becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. Having done a p90x program along the way became a great foundation in combination with the NASM certification program and just customizing her own personal work out routine at the gym. She is always open to learning new things and thus, trying out and adding new moves to her exercise “tool box”. Keeping things simple, she wants to help people overcome their gym anxiety, work with people who may not know where to even start with exercise, those who are seeking weight loss, general nutrition advice, or even people who just need that person to keep them pushing forward. Health is wealth, no matter what your goals are in fitness.
