With your permission, the North Cypress Fitness App collects location data to support a core feature that detects when you are near a North Cypress Fitness facility and enables a seamless check-in experience by prompting access to your access card barcode. Location data is collected only after you grant the App permission in your device settings. Location data, including background location, is processed on your device to trigger relevant notifications and is not stored by the App, is not stored on our servers, and is not shared with third parties. You can manage or disable location permissions at any time in your device’s settings.
Fitness Classes and Events (Mobile App)
If you reserve or attend fitness classes or events through the App or our other systems, we collect information about your participation (such as class name, date, time, and attendance status) to track participant attendance and to manage class capacity and space requirements.
