45 Minute Heavy Bag HITT class designed to increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills that improve your strength, agility and quickness while burning close to 800 calories per class. All Fitness Levels.

No additional fees.

This class is Family Friendly, so children ages 9 years and up may participate.

This class is scheduled to be shorter than the normal version.

An additional fee is required to use the U.P. Training Center. We offer free trials for the U.P. Training Center, just email us for inquiries.
