LES MILLS SHAPES is a 45-minute, low-impact, high-intensity workout blending Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt, strengthen, and improve flexibility. Designed for all levels, this, along with other Les Mills programs, utilizes small, controlled movements—often with resistance bands, sliders, or light plates—to target core, glutes, and back muscles

This class is Family Friendly, so children ages 9 years and up may participate.

This class is scheduled to be shorter than the normal version.
