Sherry Myers

Sherry Myers is our Director of Facility Operations here at North Cypress. She has been a member of the gym since March 2002 and is honored to be part of the management team.

Sherry, her husband Mark and their daughter Rayna, owned and operated a martial arts school in Hammond/Ponchatoula for 20 years. Sherry is a certified Krav Maga fitness instructor, as well as a children’s self defense instructor.
