Sarah has a passion for fitness that she loves to share with others! She is a senior, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Fitness and Human Performance.  As an athlete who has completed several half-marathons, triathlons, and a full marathon, Sarah understands the importance of discipline and commitment to be successful and see results.  She believes in the power of a good attitude and strives to maintain a positive and encouraging environment in her own life and with her clients. Sarah enjoys providing others with the knowledge and skills necessary to make healthy lifestyle changes, and is excited to be a part of your journey to a fit and active life.
