We are here to help.

Our office is located in the Business Office to the right across from the Blenders' Cypress Café. If you have any questions concerning your membership or suggestions on better ways to serve, we would love to hear from you. We also handle any questions you may have regarding your account. Some of the member requests that we handle on a daily basis include:

• Signing up new members
• Giving tours to current and potential members
• Adding Kids’ Korner to your account
• Answering questions concerning your account
• Updating information on your account
• Developing the weekly newsletter

The Membership Services department is open from 8:00am until 10pm Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. untill 6 p.m. on Saturday,  and from  10 am until 5pm on Sunday to meet your membership needs. If you need something after office hours, please complete a request form at the front desk and we will get back in touch with you.
