North Cypress Fitness Center Club is a private health and fitness club dedicated to the proposition that quality of life enhancement is best achieved through the development and maintenance of sound bodies and alert minds. This is accomplished by providing virtually every program and service imaginable in a health and fitness club. For families, couples, and singles, from 8 weeks of age to 100+, there is no better place to get fit and stay fit.

A 125,000 square foot health and fitness facility, North Cypress Fitness Center is located adjacent to The Hammond Square at the crossroads of I-55 and I-12.

Monday – Thursday 5:00am - 10:00pm
Friday 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00pm
